Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. SiftVid is a one-time purchase — pay once, own it forever. There are no recurring charges, no automatic billing, and no hidden fees. All future updates are included free.
Can I share my library with someone else?
No. SiftVid is single-user software, end-to-end. There is no public link feature, no shared folders, no "family plan" with shared libraries. Your licence is personal and non-transferable, and sharing your license key is prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Do you take refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email reply@siftvid.com and we will refund the full amount.
Are there team or enterprise plans?
Not yet. SiftVid is currently single-user only. If you are a small studio with multiple seats and you would use it, tell us — we are sizing demand for a team tier.
