- We never see, access, or store your videos

9. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to make SiftVid reliable, but software isn't perfect. Here's what you need to know:
- SiftVid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We're not liable for data loss on your local computer (please backup!)
- Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months
- We're not responsible for third-party services or content
This doesn't affect any consumer rights that can't be waived under applicable law.
10. Disputes & Governing Law

- We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication first
